Invoices

  • The "Columns" tab is now available in the views for activty or expenditures.

Questions group

  • Corrected an issue where the validation options were not greyed out when not available.

  • A client or relation can be added when selecting linked clients 1 or 2 if in the occasion it is specified the linked client is a relation of the donor.

  • Added a functionality to the commitment window, retrieving the previous mailings information.

Document to issue

  • The documents to be issued of a transaction are now all displayed. Documents that will not be generated will be displayed in red and will display the reason in a tooltip.

Duplicate merge

  • It is now allow to change the value for the "beneficiary" check box. However if unchecked and one of the merged clients posses a beneficiary transaction, it will be checked again.
  • The option "Show all elements (even duplicates)" is saved when closing the duplicate merge window and is kept for the next merge.

Dynamic drop-down lists

  • It is now possible to refresh the content of a drop-down list from the drop-down list management.

E-mail Blast

  • There are now 2 columns for the mergefield in a distrubtion list. One in french and one in english.
  • The system priority will be on individual when massively registering emails in a distribution list.

Export and merge

  • A few exceptions aside, it is now possible to export data to Excel or to generate a mailing with Word from nearly every grid of the software.
  • When exporting to Excel or merging with Word, it is now possible to interrupt the process.
  • When openning an export configuration (exports management), a warning is shown if there is an executable is configured but unavailable. The same warning will be shown on save or on use of the export.

Filters and views

General

  • It is now possible to enter a transaction with a receipt amount of 0 or less. When producing receipts, any receipt with a value of 0 or less will be ignored.
