Improvements | Accounting data export - When transfering a batch, it is possible to specify the accounting data export to generate. In addition, once the transfer is done, it is possible to generate the accounting data export with a new template.
Batchs - It is possible to create batch folders in the Folder management.
Characteristics - When deleting a characteristic, the message indicating the characteristic is used in the system is now more detailed.
- The note in a characteristics is now a long text instead of a text of 255 character.
Clients - Added a column for the greeting type in the different managements of the software. The column is ?Greeting - Type?.
- A field named ?LogiZone?? has been added to all tabs of the Client Management. This field lets you know if the client has a LogiZone account.

Countries - The country ?Metropolitain France? is now merged with ?France?.
Customized lists - In a mailings criteria for custom lists, it is now possible to specify several choices in the same criterion. The criterion will return any client with at least one mailing with one of the selected choices.
E-mail Blast - 4 relation type Master document templates have been added as Email blast mailing examples.
eReceipts - It is now possible to test-send eReceipts.
eReceipts history - In eReceipts history, a filter will be applied permanently on the current organization.
Expenditures - It is now possible to link an expense activity to many revenue activities.
- Untransferred expenses are not visible in Expenses History.
- The press buttons ?Transferred? and ?Not Transferred? have been added to the Expenses History.
- The expenditure tab found in the Transaction Management has been isolated in an Expenses Management. Also, the views, filters, reports and cross-analysis are now shared between the new Expenses Management and the Expenses History.
General - In the Rich Text Editor, in the context menu, a new item was added to paste text as plain text (without format).
GL account - GL Accounts have been merged with Accounting System Links. They will now use the GL Accounts terminology.
IBAN - Added the SMNDA (Same Mandate, New Debtor Agent) mention in the SEPA file when the IBAN changes when the UMR (Unique Reference Mandate) stays the same.
- Transactions payed by IBAN can now be grouped by IBAN/BIC/UMR in the SEPA generated file.
Importations - In client import options, the ?Extract the particle from the last name? option has been added.
- It is now possible to import csv files in UTF-8.
- It is now possible to import a contact for the canvasser, the third party and the linked clients in a client, prospecting, transaction or commitment importation by specifying the client number, a reference number or a complete name.
In Memoriam gifts - When adding a person to notify in an ?in memoriam? donation, if other transactions have the same deceased but not the same person to notify, the user will be asked if they wish to add it to the other transactions.
Instant Payments - The instant payment virtual terminal interface will be modified to use the new PaySafe API.
- In the ?To be validated? tab of the ?Instant payment? tab of the Transaction management, the ?Reason to validate? column is always the first column.
- A debit date has been added in the transactions. This date contains both date and time of the debit on the donors account or card. This date also corresponds PaySafe reconciliation report date.
Lists of verifications - When adding a verification point to a checklist, if the user clicks the "Confirm and add" button, the section and value of the "Required" checkbox of the last verification point added will be brought back into the new verification point.

In the absence of a mailing, the total will be divided between the number of revenu activities linked to the expense.
Tasks - In a task, the Reminder section was moved to the right of the beginning and deadline dates so it can be seen as soon as the window is opened.
Timesheets - Added buttons to open tasks in the ?Time Sheets? tab of a client file.
Transaction importations - Added an error message in the analysis of importations that attempt to import transactions for an activity by quantity with a unitary price of 0$, without specifying the quantity.
- It is now possible to specify the mobile phone, personal email and professional email for a participant in a transaction type importation.
Transactions - It is now possible to specify the mobile phone, personal email and professional email of a participant in a transaction.
- It is now possible to view the items of a transaction when it is in Read Only or when the transaction has an invoice.
- When editing an instant payment transaction, either accepted or awaiting answer, only the payment method will be locked.

Transactions/Commitments - When selecting a linked client 1 in a transaction or commitment, if more than one linked client 2 matches the automatic selection, the software will display the list of options instead of automatically choosing the first.
Update - When updating the software, there is no longer an error when Word is not installed on the workstation doing the update. From now on, the update is completed and a button will allow to continue the update in the Export and merge to Word/Excel/Text window.
- In the Support Request window, it is possible to see if the software is up to date and call the Web Update tool.
- In the ?Select Documents to Be Sent to Logilys? window, if the application is not up to date, the present and available versions will be displayed. it will also be possible to call the Web Update tool.
- In the Support Request window, if you click on the ?Submit support request (www.logilys.com/support)? link and the application is not up to date, a message will ask if you wish to update the application.
Web Forms - In a web forms activity, explanatory texts of the labels have been modified in order to better describe their function.
- In the homepage settings, an option named ?Extract the particle from the last name? has been added in the import options.
