Corrections

Addresses

  • When the start date of an address not coming from another client file was deleted, the start date was not deleted in the other client files that used it. For instance, if Logilys' address was used in its employees' files and that the start date of the address was deleted, that date remained active in the employees files.

Customized lists

  • Improvement of the performances when massively removing clients from a customized list.
  • The words "... donation criteria" in the client customized lists have been changed to "... transaction criteria".

Duplicate merge

  • The button allowing the duplicate merge was available in all the tabs of the client management, when it should not have been. It is now only available under the "Clients" tab.

Mass mailing

  • Fields "Nbr_IMG_to_process", "IMG_Amt_to_process", "Total_Nbr_IMG_to_process" and " Total_Amt_IMG" were always empty when merging.

Web Receipts

  • Correction of an error that occurred if there were 2 organizations in ProDon that were connected to IMakeAnOnlineDonation at the same time and that both organizations were generating Web receipts with the same prefix. When importing, if a Web receipt was found with the same prefix and the same receipt number, the transaction was linked to that receipt.

Transactions
- If the "Online Donation" module is activated, but the "Electronic Transaction" module is not, only the "Accepted" tab is now visible under the "Instant" tab of the transaction management.
- Buttons allowing you to display or hide different contacts and different addresses were added to the window of a transaction or commitment. Moreover, a system preference was added to display the contact for companies automatically.

Improvements

Expenditures
- It was not possible to perform carriage returns ("Enter" key of the keyboard) in the note of an expenditure.

Web Forms
- The "Payment" tab was moved before the "Transaction" tab in the configuration window of a transaction Web form.
- It is still possible to make a selection if a payment method is available for transactions and/or commitments, even if the section is not active.
- The "The activation of Web receipts has activated new values to document in the activities of the form." message is now displayed when activating Web receipts.
- The message "The deactivation of the table display has activated new values to document in the activities of the form." Is now displayed when the "Display in a table" checkbox is checked.

Static and Dynamic Lists

Payment Methods
- It is now possible to empty the "Instant payment type" option in the payment method configuration.

Transactions
- When clicking on "Empty the payment information", the new instant payment information must be entered instantly.

Corrections

Activities
- When duplicating an activity, the GL account was not duplicated.
- An error occurred when the status of the receipt was "To be calculated" and was changed to "To be issued" in an activity if there were existing transactions for that activity.

Address
- When trying to open a 2nd address file, rather than displaying a warning message stating that it was not possible, an empty window was displayed.
- When an address was identified as the origin, the start and end dates had value limits (minimum and maximum dates).
- When adding an address, the columns of the address are now hidden in the list allowing you to select the address of a relation, in order to avoid any confusion. The address will be requested in a second list. Moreover, if the selected relation only has one active address, it is automatically selected.
- In an address change, the addresses of the transactions with documents or receipts to be issued and commitments were also modified.

Cross-analysis
- In a cross-analysis, if the field selected on the X axis contained a line break, an error message was sometimes displayed.
- An error message was sometimes displayed if the Y axis contained several fields and that several calculations were made in the grid.
- An error message was sometimes displayed when certain fields were used in the cross-analyses.
- An error message was sometimes displayed when displaying a cross-analysis.
- An error message was sometimes displayed when displaying data in the cross-analysis grid.

Analysis and History
- An error message was displayed when closing the analysis and history if an integrated summary was applied on a characteristic or customized field.
- Correction of an error that occurred when generating an electronic transaction file form the "Batches" tab of the analysis and history.
- The contact of the canvasser has been added to the "Mailings" tabs of the analysis and history.

Search Bar
- When using an imaged drop-down list in the search bar, the focus was on the first column of the sorting order when the list was closed.

Characteristics
- An error occurred when saving a characteristic from the characteristic groups tab.
- The default group was not displayed in the characteristic management.
- It was not possible to definitely delete the thousands separator in a numeric type characteristic.
- When you were in an option list type characteristic with a default value and you changed records, the floppy would light up.

Clients
- An error message was displayed when trying to open a client file from the "Client/Characteristic" tab of the client management, if the "Client No." column was not present in the view.
- When a client was identified as inactive, all the addresses coming from this client were locked.
- The custom reports of the "Clients/Characteristics" tab of the client management did not consider of the complete filter.
- In the new value assignment window, the list of exclusion reasons was empty.
- Special filter "Distribution list" has been renamed to "Distribution list (registered)" and only filters clients registered to a distribution list.
- The comment in the client file did not have any vertical scroll bar.
- An error message was displayed when trying to print a report from the "Clients/Tasks" tab of the client management; the ID column was not present in the view.
- An error message was displayed when converting a contact into a client.
- The sorting order of the "Affiliations" tab has changed. It was only on the "Order" column, it is now first on the "Affiliation No." and then on the "Order" columns.
- It was not possible to hide the View/Filter bar of the "Affiliations", "Warnings" and "Tasks" tabs of the client file.
- An error message was displayed when deleting all the affiliations.
- When opening the customized list management from the client management, only the dynamic lists should have been visible; however, the static lists were also visible.
- When all the fields of the default address were emptied, the address was deleted, but the remaining addresses were not sequenced.
- When the tab of the client file was moved to the far right, it occurred that the red bar designating the insertion point did not show.
- When clicking on the receipt cancellation/reissuance/reprint button, an error message was displayed if the transaction had not issued any receipt.
- In the analysis and history, if the required search mode was activated in the transaction tab, the button allowing you to open a client file from the commitment tab was not activated either.

Master Documents
- It occurred that the template of a characteristic in a master document was not considered. It was the template documented in the characteristic management that was used in that event.
- Correction of an error that occurred when duplicating a master document that had one document per language.
- The content of the "Addresses" tab was not exported when exporting a master document.
- The content of the "Addresses" tab was not duplicated when duplicating a master document.

Mailings
- An error occurred when modifying an item from the dynamic drop-down list of replies to a mailing.
- An error sometimes occurred when selecting certain distribution lists (when the ID of the distribution list was the same as the ID of the master document).

Commitments
- It was possible to generate transactions with an instant payment method from the "Electronic" tab of the transaction management.
- The display format of the Date/Time and Numeric type customized fields was not applied to the commitment.
- When adding instalments to an automatic commitment, if the commitment had transactions attached, the calculated end date was wrong.
- An error occurred when generating transactions for commitments with a beneficiary donation occasion.
- An error occurred when saving a commitment with a beneficiary donation occasion.

Exports
- Correction of an error in the configuration of the transaction export file, which made impossible the accounting export or the transmission of a file to Perceptech.
- An error occurred when exporting an electronic transaction file from the "Batches" tab of the analysis and history.

Standard Exports
- When exporting to Excel, in some cases, monetary values were not detected as numeric values, making it therefore impossible to perform calculations and graphs.
- During the migration of master documents associated with managements, if the master document did not contain any merge fields, it was deleted.

Web Forms
- Correction of an error that occurred when modifying the order of the provinces in Web forms.
- When duplicating forms, the note display was not duplicated.
- When duplicating forms, the receipt options were not duplicated.
- It was not possible to save a Web form in development without checking the type of donor eligible for receipts.
- In the Web forms, the button allowing you duplicate titles, road types and calls of point did not work.
- When importing a province type Web form customization, the value was not brought back properly if the province was linked to an Optimal code of the Web form.
- The return email address had to be entered, even if the Web form was in development.

Duplicate Merge
- In the duplicate merge window, the "Open the resulting client file after the merge" option was not available if you did not go through the list of duplicates.
- If the clients were merged from the client management, but not from the list of duplicates, the file of the client kept always opened at the end of the merge.
- The order of the relations was sometimes disrupted when merging duplicates.

Tax Groups
- In tax groups, the search bar was above the tabs instead of being inside.

IBAN
- Spaces are now removed from the IBAN, prior to saving it.

Importations
- Correction of an error when loading data, if characteristics with multiple values were imported.
- An error occurred in the Importation module; that is, a line could be a duplicate with another line that was also a duplicate.
- Correction of an error that occurred if the importation file contained the "CliCodeCategory" field many times.
- An error message is now displayed if the importation file does not contain any client number when importing means of communication, addresses, prospection, transactions or commitments.
- An error message was displayed when performing the analysis if the value for the "ClianvasserCode" field had to be imported.
- Certain phone numbers were in double in the list of associations of the Importation module.

Address Importations
- In the Address Importation module, the data was not loaded if the "AddrOperation" column was not present in the file.
- When importing addresses, if the file did not contain the "DefaultAddr" column, no address was defined as default address.

Client Importations
- When importing clients, no means of communication was defined as the preferred one.

Means of Communication Importations
- When importing means of communication, the phone number and the extension were not separated.
- When importing means of communication, if the file did not contain columns "PreferredComm" and "DefaultComm", no means of communication was defined as preferred or by default.
- When importing means of communication, if the specified type had the same description in English and in French, an error message was displayed.

Relation Importations
- When importing relations, the duplicate detection was not made if the file contained the "RelClientNo" field.

Receipt Importations
- It was possible to import receipts for the transactions of another organization via the Importation module; this is no longer possible.

Task Importations
- The task importation was always available. You now need to have the module to be able to use it.

Transaction Importations
- The importation analysis had an error if the reference was visible and not required in the payment method.
- It is now possible to import instant payments without going through the www.IMakeAnOnlineDonation.org website. (For SolliTel)
- When importing participants, if the file to import only contained participant options, an error occurred when analysing the data.

Selection Lists
- The F12 shortcut no longer worked in the selection lists.

Means of communication
- The deletion of a type of means of communication caused an error when modifying the means of communication of a client.
- When changing means of communication, the "Preferred" option was not transferred to the new means of communication.
- An error message was displayed when planning means of communication changes.
- When adding means of communication to the list of relations used to search for the means of communication of another client, the columns of the means of communication are now hidden to avoid confusion. The means of communication will be requested in a second list. Moreover, if the selected relation only has one active means of communication, it will be selected automatically.

Preferences
- In the system preferences, under the "E-mail Blast" tab, the "Expiration HTTP deadline" parameter was not supported.
- When entering default greetings in the system preferences, the cursor moved by itself when entering the first character.

E-mail Blast
- In mass mailing, the date in the "Date last mail." column was not always the right one or was simply not displayed.
- The "Required search mode" option is now hidden in the list of documents of the mass mailing generation window.
- The transaction and commitment types mass mailing generated an error when the following merge fields were checked: "IBAN", "RUM" and "BIC".

E-mail Blast

Reports

Custom Reports

R.U.M.

Tasks

Views and Filters
- When a view was deleted, the drop-down list of the views would go back to the (My view) default view, but the display was not refreshed. (column options, filter and sorting)
- By pressing the "Esc" button of the keyboard and being positioned on the drop-down list of views or filters, the active management would not close.
- Addition of validations on the numeric type fields in the filter window when adding one or more values to filter (is equal, is between or is in the list) to make sure it really is a valid number.
- Option "The last view used when closing" of the options when opening the display grids always set the view to "My view".
